Narcissus Hotel & Apartment ("we") runs the website narcissus.com.vn. This page explains what the website collects, what we use it for, and how the ads on the website use cookies.
What you send us
- Booking requests: your name, phone number, email, dates, number of guests and note. We use them to hold your room, contact you to confirm and email you a confirmation.
- Contact messages: your name, phone number, email and message, so we can reply.
- Chats with Tiên, our booking assistant: your messages are sent to Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service to write the replies. We keep conversations for 180 days to review the quality of the answers, then delete them automatically. Your browser keeps the conversation for 7 days so you can read it again when you come back.
Only hotel staff read these requests and messages. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored and processed
- The website runs on Cloudflare. Booking requests and messages are stored in a Supabase database.
- Notification and confirmation emails are sent through Google's Gmail.
- Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
- The map on the directions pages is an embedded Google Map; Google may set cookies when it loads.
Ads and cookies
The website shows ads from Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this website and/or other websites on the Internet.
